We act as your presence in the UAE and the Gulf: commercially accountable, not just a mailing address.
Selling into the Gulf from abroad has a structural problem: buyers here want a counterparty they can reach in their own time zone, invoice in their own currency, hold to account, and meet in person. An export desk five thousand kilometres away is not that, however good the product is.
We act as the local face of overseas principals: quoting, following up, attending the meetings, participating in tenders, and staying with the relationship after the first order, which is where most export efforts quietly fail.
A named local contact for your customers, working to your pricing and your terms.
Local response times on requests that would otherwise wait for your working day.
Registration with buyers, pre-qualification and bid submission where a local entity is required.
Identifying, approaching and qualifying buyers rather than waiting for inbound interest.
Claims, spares and support handled in-region so problems do not become lost accounts.
Honest reporting on pricing, competitors and what is actually moving.
It depends on what you need. A registered agency under UAE commercial agency law is a specific, exclusive and difficult-to-terminate legal relationship. A contractual representation or distribution arrangement is far more flexible. We will tell you plainly which one fits your situation before anything is signed.
Only where it is earned and mutual. Exclusivity without a performance commitment attached is bad for the principal, and we would rather agree targets.
