Quotations

A quotation is binding only when issued in writing by us for a specific shipment, and is subject to the assumptions, validity period and conditions stated in it. Rates depend on space, equipment availability, verified cargo details and applicable surcharges at the time of booking.

Your responsibility for cargo information

The accuracy of the information you give us, covering description, weights, dimensions, classification and the regulatory status of the goods, determines whether the shipment can lawfully move. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information, and for any consequence of it being wrong.

Regulatory and compliance content

References to customs, registration, labelling or licensing requirements are general guidance, not legal or regulatory advice, and requirements differ by product, market and moment. Confirm your specific position with us or with a qualified adviser before acting.

Intellectual property

The content, structure and design of this website belong to Mercantile Agencies unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish or reproduce them commercially without our written consent.
