Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own customs code to import?
To import into the UAE mainland in your own name, yes: a customs client code tied to your trade licence. If you do not have one, we can clear under our own registration or guide you through obtaining yours.
What happens if goods are classified incorrectly?
Under-declaration exposes you to reassessment, penalties and delay; over-declaration means you simply overpay duty and never find out. Both are avoidable with the specification sheet up front.
