We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and provide the services you ask for. Where we hold an ongoing commercial relationship with you, we may use your contact details to communicate about that relationship.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

Who we share it with

To move cargo, we necessarily pass shipment details to the parties who perform the work: carriers, airlines, shipping lines, customs authorities, agents and hauliers at origin and destination. We share only what those parties need to handle your shipment lawfully.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and, where a shipment results, for the period required by UAE commercial and customs record-keeping obligations.
